The Ministry of Justice announced the "the People's Republic of China Atomic Energy Law (Draft for Comment)" on the 21st to solicit public opinions. These include: strengthening the scientific research and technology development of atomic energy, promoting the construction of professional talents in the field of atomic energy, promoting technological innovation, realizing the development of military-civilian integration, encouraging and supporting enterprises to participate in the development of the international market, and promoting exports.
