Researcher of Isotope Labeling Synthesis (Multiple)

Job Description:Synthesize small molecule pharmaceuticals labeled with isotopes such as C- 13 or C- 14 for customers. The specific work includes: consulting the literature, formulating the marker synthesis route and implementation scheme. Do synthesis experiments, including monitoring and separation (cold experiments), after getting through the route and ensuring the yield, use isotopes to label raw materials or precursor compounds, do labeling experiments (thermal tests), product analysis and identification, and prepare technical files. The general situation is about 5-10 steps of multi-step synthesis, the final product is mostly a dozen to dozens of milligrams. Outstanding organic synthesis workers with proven performance are competent.
Education requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, obtain bachelor's, master's or doctor's degree.
Professional requirements:Specialty in organic synthesis, isotope labeling, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required:Engaged in organic small molecule synthesis, especially order organic synthesis or isotope labeled synthesis for at least 3 years, and good performance.
English proficiency requirements:4 above, can read chemical literature.
Computer Requirements:Skilled use of Internet to retrieve chemical information, skilled use of ChemDraw, SciFinder, Reaxy and Beilstein, etc.
Quality requirements:Have work interest and dedication, like innovation and overcome difficulties, can endure hardships, dare to take responsibility, good communication, organizational ability.
Work location:Changsha Economic Development Zone, or Wuxi Jiangyin High-tech Zone.

At least 3 years working experience in LC-MS/MS analysis, understanding of LC and GC instruments and analytical detection techniques;
